Accessibility

Chronic Long Beach wants everyone 21 and over to be able to browse our menu, order ahead and use their rewards, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We test chroniclb.com with automated checks and by hand, in both the light and dark themes, on phones and computers, and fix problems as we find them.

Built-in options

Open the menu (☰ on phones) and choose Accessibility options (the ♿ button on computers) to make text larger, increase contrast, underline links or reduce motion. You can also switch between the light and dark themes. Every page has a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users.
